Developed to promote the release of Disney’s Toy Story 4, Trigger worked directly with Pixar to create an augmented reality experience that was integrated into the official Regal Cinemas app. Users could choose from 7 different characters to bring to life in AR, including fan favorites, Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Bo Peep. Additionally, users could scan select Toy Story 4 movie posters to see the characters come to life.
