ABOUT

Developed in collaboration with Geometry, Ferrara, and Sony Pictures, “The Haunted Candy Hunt” experience featured an augmented reality game and sweepstakes, and a special Trick or Treat edition launched just in time for Halloween.

Users accessed the experience by texting a code found on store displays and candy packaging, which sent them a link to open the experience in their mobile browser. Once launched, users search their area for ghosts to stun and capture in AR. After the timer runs out, users view their final score and are prompted to enter a sweepstakes for extra sweet prizes.
